1. Who we are

Recovery Genie is operated by Solpoint Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered customer recovery workbench for B2B product and customer-success teams.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, and organization name provided during sign-up via Clerk.
  • Billing data: payment details are processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never your card number.
  • Usage data: support tickets, customer notes, and other inputs you submit to our AI tools. These are processed to generate outputs and are stored in your workspace.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and anonymized analytics to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve Recovery Genie.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., trial reminders, receipts).
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • AI inputs are sent to the model provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data retention

Free-plan data is retained for 7 days. Paid-plan data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict processing.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. See our cookie consent banner for details.

7. Third-party services

  • Clerk — authentication and user management.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Supabase — database and real-time sync.
  • Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
  • AI providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (as selected by you).

8. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security in our database, and follow security best practices. API keys you provide are stored locally in your browser or encrypted server-side.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app banner.
