Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Recovery Genie ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Recovery Genie is an AI-powered customer recovery workbench. It provides tools to triage support tickets, size impact, draft emails, and generate status reports for B2B customer-success teams.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person or entity per account unless on an Enterprise plan.

4. Free trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of paid features. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe. No charges are made during the trial period.

5. Billing and payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service.
  • Resell access to the Service without authorization.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse shared AI resources.

7. Your data

  • You retain ownership of all data you input into Recovery Genie.
  • We process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

8. AI-generated content

Outputs generated by AI tools are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before using them in customer communications or business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solpoint Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your data from Settings.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
